5 miles in 52:17. Not too bad. Its the farthest I've ran. It feelt pretty good though my arms, legs and shoulders are pretty sore. |

| 16:45. I've shaved off another min. My first mile was in 8 min but I had to slow down. As soon as I get it down to 16:00 then I'll start adding more mileage. I plan on doing it again tomorrow and see if I can beat my time. |

I missed two days and I felt it on Sat. I ran 2 miles, walked a little then ran another one. I won't be missing two days next week. |
