I ran my first 5k in late September 2009 in 28 minutes. It was a lot of fun.

I'd like to run a 1/2 marathon in April 2010 then run a marathon in the fall of 2010.

2 miles in 17:45. Every other 1/4 mi I ran in 2 min (8 min mile) then catched my breath on the next 1/4 mi. It was pretty hard.

5 miles in 52:17. Not too bad. Its the farthest I've ran. It feelt pretty good though my arms, legs and shoulders are pretty sore.

2 miles in 17:45 for an average of 8.8 min mile. I did every other 1/4 at 2 min then caught my breath in the next 1/4.

16:45. I've shaved off another min. My first mile was in 8 min but I had to slow down. As soon as I get it down to 16:00 then I'll start adding more mileage.  I plan on doing it again tomorrow and see if I can beat my time.

I missed two days and I felt it on Sat. I ran 2 miles, walked a little then ran another one. I won't be missing two days next week.
