Give me a call when you get a chance, and I'll teach you how to set up slits on your Garmin so you don't have to hit the 'lap' button everytime.
Oh, and I learned a 'tempo' run doesn't mean alternating b/t fast and slow it means that you're running at a speed that is slightly slower than your race pace. Somewhere between being able to carry on a conversation and having a hard time breathing. Make sense?
